Joel Vanderveen is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in end-user services and support. Currently serving as a Senior End User Services Engineer at Vervint since October 2011, Joel leads the development, integration, and support of complex systems for clients, focusing on unified management frameworks for endpoint security and support. Previous roles at Vervint include End User Support Supervisor, where Joel managed a service desk team for a healthcare customer, and Internal Support Specialist, responsible for various internal systems. Joel also has experience as a Hardware Technician and as a Web Marketing/SEO Intern. Prior to Vervint, Joel founded GR Web Tech, LLC, to assist small businesses with online marketing and productivity tools. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a focus on Marketing from Calvin University.
