Christina Hao is a senior scientist, editing and discovery at Verve Therapeutics. She has over 10 years of molecular biology and bioinformatics experience, with a specialization in applications of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) in human genetics. Prior to joining Verve, she worked as a scientist at NuProbe Inc., where she designed and commercialized highly multiplexed NGS panels for detecting low allele frequency mutations in oncology samples. She received her Ph.D. in molecular biology from Boston University. Her thesis focused on the mechanisms of RNA interference and epigenetic control in liver physiology.
