Vanessa Santos is a National People Manager at Verve Senior Living, with previous roles as Manager of Labour Relations and Human Resources at Ontario Nurses' Association, Employee and Labour Relations Consultant at City of Toronto, and various roles at Kiewit in the Human Resources department. Vanessa holds a Master of Business Administration from Laurentian University, a Masters of Industrial Relations from Queen's University, and a Bachelor of Human Resources Management from York University.
