Baker Carroll

Head Of RTD at Verve Coffee Roasters

Baker Carroll has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. In 2015, they worked as a Cafe Manager at K Brew until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Managing Director at Cold Craft Brewing. In 2019, they joined Verve Coffee Roasters where they held the position of RTD Production Manager until 2022. Currently, they are the Head of RTD at Verve Coffee Roasters, where they are responsible for developing systems and procedures, leading product partnerships, tracking data, and collaborating with other departments.

Baker Carroll attended Mississippi College from 2008 to 2012. During that time, they studied Foreign Language and International Business, although no specific degree was mentioned. In addition to their education, Baker Carroll obtained the Certified Food Safety HACCP Manager certification from Covance Laboratories, Inc in May 2018 and the PCQI certification from Eurofins Food Assurance in September 2022.
