Philip Hockaday has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Creative Designer for Consett Christmas Co, where they were responsible for designing corporate materials and commercial materials for clients. In 2003, they joined Reg Vardy plc as a Mac Operator, later transitioning to the role of Creative Designer. During their time there, they designed corporate materials for the Evans Halshaw brand and created various commercial materials such as direct mail and point of sale materials. In 2009, Philip worked as a Freelance Designer for Atomic Creative, completing web design projects and continuous design work for Newcastle University Union Society. Philip then joined All in the Tech in 2010 as a Tagger. Philip's involvement with Maximum Power Up began in 2015, where they co-founded the bi-monthly podcast covering retro and modern gaming. Lastly, they joined Vertu Motors plc in 2010 as a Multimedia Designer, eventually being promoted to Creative Design Manager and currently serving as the Head of Creative Design.
Philip Hockaday attended the University of Sunderland, where they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Media Production, specializing in TV & Radio. Philip'sspecific years of attendance are unknown.
