Harley Lang has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 when they worked as an Applied Behaviour Analysis Support Worker at Surrey Schools. From there, Harley worked as a Behaviour Interventionist at a Supervised Private Practice, where they collaborated with a team to provide clinical gains for children and implemented behavior plans under supervision. In 2014, Harley transitioned to Semiahmoo Behaviour Analysts Inc. as an Associate Behaviour Analyst, conducting assessments, designing behavior plans, and training staff. In 2021, Harley joined Vertu Motors plc as a React Developer, where they developed an internal React.js component library and established a build system. They later became a Senior Frontend Developer, responsible for developing and maintaining web-based applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Harley Lang's education history begins in 2010, when they attended Simon Fraser University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, which they completed in 2014. In 2011 to 2012, they furthered their education by earning a Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis Support Worker from Surrey College.

Moving forward, from 2014 to 2016, Harley attended St. Cloud State University, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Behavior Analysis. They successfully completed the program within this time frame.

Later on, there is information about a certificate obtained from The University of British Columbia. However, the start year is not provided, but it is known that Harley completed the Certificate in Policy Analysis Using Interrupted Time Series Design in 2018.

In terms of additional certifications, Harley Lang has acquired multiple credentials. In November 2022, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Subsequently, in May 2023, they achieved the AWS Certified Developer – Associate certification from the same institution. Additionally, in August 2023, Harley acquired the Professional Scrum Developer™ I (PSD I) certification from Scrum.org, as well as the HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (003) certification from HashiCorp.
