Your role at Vertice:
- Manage and maintain marketing technology and data to ensure effective use in support of marketing activities
- Deliver and maintain a robust reporting framework that provides accurate and timely marketing and sales performance insights, including pipeline health and other leading indicators
- Collaborate cross-functionally to capture stakeholder needs, align offerings, and incorporate them into marketing strategies, processes and reportingÂ
- Maintain data accuracy, quality, and system integration for seamless operations and reporting
- Deliver actionable insights by establishing reporting and analytics capabilities across platforms
- Build and update marketing processes to optimise efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement changes in line with best practices: for marketing technology and data management trends for implementation
- Maintain marketing technology and data in line with other systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing operations experience - B2B SaaS preferred
- Must include experience of:Â
- CRM and marketing automation platforms, from data management to automated workflows - up-to-date HubSpot experience preferredÂ
- Google Analytics and Tag ManagerÂ
- Search and social tools, incuding Google Ads and LinkedIn, and integrating organic and paid activities with marketing automation platforms
- Business development tools, such as Outreach
- Reporting and analytics across platforms, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to the wider team
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate marketing’s value and impact to stakeholders
- Up-to-date practical knowledge of marketing data management best practices and regulations
- Data integration best practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at navigating changing priorities
- Flexible to adapt to changing technology landscapes and identify opportunities for process optimisation.

- Good understanding of the business and technical contexts in which organizations invest in SaaS and cloud.
- Experience delivering a results-orientated marketing strategy and campaigns that deliver measurable growth.
- Excellent personal and team project management skills, and a diligent superuser of project management / collaboration tools.
- Track record in using and introducing proven SaaS marketing technology to deliver best-in-class marketing processes to support revenue growth.
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust internally and externally.
- Innovative, with the vision and foresight to create new opportunities with marketing technology.
