Jonathan Noland has a diverse work history starting as a Seasonal Worker at the City of Laurel, MD in 2015. Jonathan'sroles there involved maintenance of parks and buildings. Jonathan also served as an Intern at the US Department of Health and Human Services in 2014. More recently, they have held various roles at Vertical Screen, Inc., including Public Records Researcher, Product Specialist, Manager of Operations, and Associate Director of Operations. Jonathan'sresponsibilities have included overseeing departments, handling executive background screenings, and providing direct oversight to improve overall operations.

Jonathan Noland attended Saint Vincent Pallotti High School from 2007 to 2011 and obtained a high school diploma. Jonathan then went on to West Virginia Wesleyan College, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from 2011 to 2015. In 2023, they enrolled at Eastern University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Management. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including FCRA Basic and Advanced Certifications, a Problem Solving Certification, and an ISO 9001 Foundation - Quality Certification.
