Ira Hackett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ira began their career at Starbucks in 2009 as a Shift employee and worked there until 2015. In 2005, they joined Boland as a Service Coordination Manager and later took on roles as a Project Assistant and Inside Sales representative. In 2016, they joined Brother's Mechanical, Inc. as a Project Manager and worked there until 2017. Ira then moved to Vertical Mechanical Group in 2017 as the Vice President of Field Operations. In 2018, they also took on the role of Project Executive at Anderson Mechanical Services, Inc., where they later became the Director of Field Operations in 2020.

Ira Hackett attended Montgomery College from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Quince Orchard High School from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained certifications from Procore Technologies in 2019 and 2020, including being Procore Certified as a Superintendent and Project Manager in both Core Tools and Project Management.
