Hilla Benzaken has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to present. Hilla started their career at Eco-Africa Social Ventures as a Fundraising Coordinator and Executive Assistant. During their time there, they organized fundraisers, provided administrative support, and conducted program evaluations.

After that, Hilla worked as a Consultant at the Israel Union for Environmental Defense, where they provided expert advice in environmental defense. Hilla then interned at the Worcester Green Jobs Coalition as an Administrative Intern and gained experience in office administration.

In 2013, Hilla joined The New Development Solutions Group as a Regional Coordinator, where they coordinated regional projects. Hilla then worked at FundersCloud.com as the Director of Marketing and Communications, leading marketing and communication strategies.
