Esthi Erickson has a diverse work experience in various roles. They started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2020, where they worked on analyzing data related to health practitioners' use of telehealth during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2019, they worked as an IT Support Specialist and an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota. They also had roles as an IT Service Desk Student Lead and an Information Management and Ecology Research Intern at the University of Minnesota. In 2021, Esthi worked as Counter Staff at Vertical Endeavors before transitioning to a Youth Climbing Coach role at Rock Solid Climbing + Fitness. They currently serve as a Youth Climbing Coach and Routesetter at Vertical Endeavors.
Esthi Erickson completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Environmental Science, and Policy and Management at the University of Minnesota from 2018 to 2021. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications, including RCR Agency Specific (bundled course) from the CITI Program in July 2021, Environmental or Engineering Research (RCR) from the CITI Program in June 2021, and Social/Behavioral Research Course from the CITI Program in May 2020.
