Chan Yip Pang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Chan Yip is currently serving as the Executive Director of Vertex Ventures SE Asia & India since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Experian as the Investment Director and APAC Lead for Experian Ventures / Corporate Development from December 2018 to June 2022.

Before Experian, Chan Yip Pang served as the Senior Investment Manager at EDBI Pte Ltd, the strategic investment arm of Singapore's Economic Development Board, from May 2014 to November 2018. At EDBI, they were responsible for investments into consumer, enterprise, and deep tech platforms.

Chan Yip Pang gained valuable experience at the Singapore Economic Development Board, where they held various roles. Chan Yip was an Assistant Head in the Consumer Electronics and Internet division from April 2014 to May 2014, responsible for developing Singapore's industry development strategy. Chan Yip also served as a Senior Officer in the same division from January 2011 to March 2014, focusing on analyzing industry trends and developing value propositions for Singapore.

Earlier in their career, Chan Yip Pang worked at Google as a Speech Data Ops Project Manager for a brief period in June 2010. Chan Yip also had an internship at iLemon as a Marketing and Business Development Intern, where they developed business potential with clients and formulated marketing plans.

Chan Yip Pang started their career as a Marketing Executive at DiGi Telecommunications in December 2005.
