Marjorie Armitage has extensive legal experience, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at femella and holding the position of SVP Legal, Privacy, and Legal Ops at Braze since March 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing legal matters for EMEA and APAC regions, as well as global privacy issues. Marjorie is also an angel investor at Composable and previously chaired the UK committee for ISO PC 317 Privacy by Design at BSI. Career highlights include senior legal roles at Salesforce, where Marjorie managed legal operations for the EMEA region and was involved in significant negotiations, as well as prior positions at Taleo, Verint Systems, SAP, and Quest Software, showcasing expertise in software licensing, contract negotiations, and legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions. Marjorie holds multiple degrees in law, including an LLM in International and European Business Law from Anglia Ruskin University.
