Yuri Vidal is a seasoned professional in IT service management with extensive experience primarily focused on the ServiceNow platform. Currently serving as a ServiceNow Tech Lead at Vertem since May 2022, Yuri previously held roles as a Support Analyst/ServiceNow Developer at TIVIT and as a Technical Consultant at Aoop Cloud Solutions.
