Sonja Schlandt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance and customer support. Currently serving as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Vertafore since August 2008, Sonja has also held roles as a Training Consultant and Senior Product Support Analyst within the same organization. Previously, Sonja worked as a Service Operations Manager at Albertsons from November 2006 to July 2008 and as a Customer Support Specialist at Vertafore from October 1992 to July 1999. Sonja holds an Associate's degree in English Language and Literature from Blinn College, earned between 1983 and 1985.
