Rebecca Love is a Strategic Relationship Manager at Vertafore since July 2018, responsible for implementing the Customer Success Team, managing a portfolio of 50 customers, and addressing customer issues with executive leadership. Rebecca also has experience as a Recruiting Administrator at McKinsey & Company, supporting recruiting operations and managing candidate logistics, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ISYS Technologies, where metrics were tracked for candidate submissions. Rebecca's early career included an internship at Walt Disney World, where customer service excellence was paramount. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Colorado State University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
