Deanna Settergren, PMP, SPC has over 13 years of experience in project management and consulting. Deanna began their career in 2006 as a Docket Clerk and Team Lead at Glasser & Glasser, PLC, where they reviewed an average of 1,000 accounts per week to prepare dockets for the attorneys to take to court, prepared schedules for Attorneys and Co-Counsel appearance in court on a weekly basis, and supervised a team of 10 employees. In 2009, they moved to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as a Staff Assistant, where they coordinated Propane, Education, and Research Council (PERC) information, such as Marketing Reports, Budget Reports, Council updates, and Contract Summaries for meetings held throughout the state each quarter. In 2010, they joined the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities as a PMO Manager, where they supervised Business Analysts and System Testers, reviewed and approved staffs business requirements for creation of Project Plans, Test Plans, and Technical/Functional Specifications, and provided coaching and feedback to staff as well as review and approve time sheets/leave time. In 2014, they began work at the Florida Department of Financial Services as an Application Design & Support Process Manager, where they standardized the object codes used in their FLAIR system. In 2015, they joined the Florida Department of Health as a Systems Project Administrator, where they upgraded their licensing systems to a new platform called Versa Regulation and Versa Online Systems. In 2017, they founded DSettergren, LLC, where they offered extensive experience in implementing software applications at a Statewide Enterprise Level including conversions of legacy system information into the new Enterprise Application. Deanna also provided consultant services for government organizations assisting with Schedule IV B creation, Legislative Budget Requests, Resource Management, and Organizational Change Management. In 2019, they began work at GeekSI as a Project Manager.

Deanna Settergren, PMP, SPC has an education history that includes a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Barry University in Public Administration from 2012-2013, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technology from Barry University from 2010-2012. Deanna also holds certifications from Prosci in Organizational Change Management obtained in May 2018, from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional obtained in September 2013, from Scaled Agile, Inc. in Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager obtained in December 2020, and from Scaled Agile, Inc. in Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant obtained in October 2022.
