Ricky Callaghan is a skilled user experience designer and consultant with extensive experience in digital services and event management. Currently serving as a UCD Consultant at Version 1 and a User Experience Designer for both Held in our Hearts and Euan's Guide at Scottish Tech Army, Ricky has actively participated in numerous online and in-person events related to user-centered design. Previous roles include UX Consultant for NatureScot, Marketing & Operations and UX Consultant at Calba, and UX Designer at Protect Our Winters UK, contributing to climate action initiatives. Ricky's journey in the field began with a robust background in events management and marketing, complemented by a Master of Science in Computing (User Experience) from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen Margaret University.
