Heather James currently serves as a Client Partner at Hippo Digital, where the focus is on empathetic design and impactful software engineering. Prior experience includes roles at Versett as a Senior Growth & Delivery Manager and Senior Account Manager, managing over 15 client accounts and developing strategic growth initiatives. Heather's career began at Domain7 as an Engagement Strategist, where collaborative digital solutions were delivered before its acquisition by Versett. An earlier tenure at The University of British Columbia involved enhancing student engagement through e-learning and academic support initiatives. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Indigenous Studies from the University of British Columbia and a Diploma in Social Service Work from Seneca Polytechnic.
