Param Ramar is a Lead Engineer at Versent since January 2022, with extensive experience in cloud architecture and DevOps practices, primarily at Qantas Airways under Tata Consultancy Services from March 2007 to January 2022. During this tenure, notable contributions include developing secure microservices through the Integration Core Services project, creating voice and text-based conversational bots using AWS Lex, and leading process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Prior roles include technical leadership in customer management and crew interfaces for British Airways, as well as application development for TCS Corporate's Minerva project. Param holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Alagappa Chettiar College of Engineering & Technology, completed in 2006.
