Jamie Sorensen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as a Sr. Partner Success Manager at Versaterm Public Safety since August 2022, Jamie previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at Carbyne and Operations Manager at Lambda School. Earlier roles include Customer Support Supervisor for North America at Tesla and Senior Dispatcher at Provo City. Jamie's career began as a Customer Service Representative at Discover Financial Services, with additional experience in various customer-facing roles, including positions at American Express, Salt Lake County, Rocky Mountain Machine Shop, and Salt Lake City Corporation. Jamie holds a High School Diploma from Brighton High School, obtained in 1999.
