Cathryn Masters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, mentoring, and community engagement. Currently serving as an Enterprise Account Executive at Versaterm, Cathryn has also held the role of Partner Success Manager. As the Owner and CEO of Women in Leadership Development, LLC since 2017, Cathryn has focused on coaching women in male-dominated fields. Notably, Cathryn held the position of Assistant Chief of Police at the Tempe Police Department, supervising over 100 personnel and promoting community policing initiatives. As the Founder and Past Chair of the Arizona Women's Initiative Network, Cathryn was instrumental in establishing a nonprofit dedicated to recruiting and training women in public safety. With a strong educational background, including a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Northern Arizona University, Cathryn has also contributed as an instructor in Arizona's peace officer leadership programs and served honorably in the US Army as an Arabic-language Electronic Warfare Signal Interceptor.
