Heath Spangler has an extensive work history spanning over 26 years. Heath began their career as a Senior Software Developer at Delcan Corporation in 1994. Heath then transitioned to roles as a Project Manager, Senior Consultant, and Architect at Compuware Europe, where they worked on various projects in industries such as pharmaceutical, insurance, technology, railways, and engineering. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as a Technical Project Manager at GorillaPark, providing assistance and advice to startup companies.

In 2001, they joined Compuware Corporation as a Project Manager and later became the Director of the Project Office, managing a team of Project Managers for software releases. During this time, they oversaw the software releases of the ChangePoint, OptimalJ, OptimalFlow, and Uniface products.

Heath then joined Novell in 2008 as a Senior Manager, overseeing project management and operations activities for software product development. Subsequently, they worked at Points.com as the Director of Delivery Services, responsible for managing the Delivery Services and Project Management teams.

From 2012 to 2016, Heath served as the VP of Software Engineering at Densify, where they led the Software Engineering team. Heath then joined BlueCat as the VP of Software Development, overseeing the development of the company's suite of Enterprise DNS products.

In 2018, they joined Vena Solutions as the SVP of Software Development, responsible for leading the Product Development organization. Finally, in 2020, they joined VersaPay as the VP of Engineering, where they focus on transforming how companies do business together by offering Customer-Centric Order-to-Cash solutions for mid-market and enterprise businesses. Overall, Heath has a diverse range of experience in software development, project management, and leadership roles.

Heath Spangler's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Union College (NE) from 1989 to 1992. In 1997, they attended Ryerson University to study Project Management Body of Knowledge. In 2008, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
