Tudor Popa possesses extensive experience in client solutions and project management within the translation and business services sectors. Since April 2015, Tudor has served as an Advisor for Client Solutions at Versacom, facilitating communication among clients, management, and technical teams, while ensuring the successful installation and implementation of client portals and workflow management software. Tudor’s role includes assessing project feasibility, preparing training materials, and reporting on project milestones. Previously, as a Project Manager at Versacom, Tudor managed translation projects for strategic financial accounts, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions. Tudor also gained valuable experience at AD-COM, overseeing multiple concurrent projects, negotiating terms, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance productivity and workflow. Academic credentials include a DESS in Business Administration and Management from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in Translation from Concordia University.
