Nageswara Soma has a strong background in software development and networking, with experience in various management and leadership roles. Nageswara started their career at Force10 Networks in 2000, where they served as a Member Technical Staff and later as an Engineer, Sr. Staff. In 2006, they became a Senior Tech Lead at Force10 Networks. In 2009, they joined Brocade as the Lead and Manager for the Routing Software development group. In 2013, they took on a role as the Sr. Manager of Software Development at Cisco. Currently, they work as a Senior Software Developer at Versa Networks.

Nageswara Soma completed their B.Tech. in Electronics & Communications from Indian Jobs Fastest updates in 1995. Following this, they pursued an M.Tech. in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology, where they graduated in 1997.
