Ceazar Ian Santilla has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2002 as a Java Developer for Ublys. Ceazar Ian then worked as an Analyst Programmer for DL Resources Pte Ltd in 2005 and as a Java Developer for Ublys Corp in 2006. In 2007, they became a Consultant Java Developer for United Information Technology and then a Consultant Software Engineer for FlairIT Solutions in 2008. From 2010 to 2013, Santilla worked as a Software Engineer for Cisco Systems, followed by a role as a UI Developer at VMware from 2013 to 2014. Ceazar Ian then became a Senior UI Developer at CipherCloud from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Software Engineer for Vidder, Inc. and is currently employed as a Senior Frontend Developer at Versa Networks starting in 2017.

Ceazar Ian Santilla attended AMA University from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
