Kathryn Leto has extensive experience in product development and production for various companies in the fashion industry. Kathryn started their career at Mast Global as a Product Development Coordinator for Victoria Secret Beauty & Accessories. Kathryn then worked as a Product Developer for Henri Bendel, specializing in handbags and small leather goods. Kathryn joined PVH Corp. as a Manager in Product Management for Shoes and Accessories. Kathryn then moved to Tapestry, where they held the position of Product Development & Sourcing Manager for Handbags, SLGs, and Women's Retail. Kathryn later became the Head of Product Development & Production for Accessories, Footwear, and Soft Goods at Nili Lotan New York. Currently, they serve as the Director of Product Development and Production for Handbags and Small Leather Goods at Veronica Beard.

Kathryn Leto received a Dual Bachelor's Degree in History and Spanish from Lafayette College, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University. The timeframe for their certification is not specified.
