Shasha Zou is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at VERO Biotech since November 2020. Prior to this role, Shasha worked as a Senior Associate at King & Spalding from March 2020 to November 2020 and as an Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from September 2013 to March 2020. Shasha holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Duke University School of Law, obtained between 2010 and 2013, and a degree in Political Science with a focus on International Studies from Northwestern University, completed from 2006 to 2010.
