Sandy Belford is a seasoned educator and fiscal officer with extensive experience in technology and accounting. Currently serving as a Technology Teacher at Wheelersburg High School since August 2015 and as an Adjunct Professor in Accounting at Shawnee State University since January 2004, Sandy has also held the position of Fiscal Officer for Vernon Township since April 2000 and was a Technology Teacher at Portsmouth West High School from June 2009 to June 2015. Sandy's educational background includes multiple degrees, with a Master of Business Administration in Business, Accounting, and Finance from The University of Findlay and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Shawnee State University. Additionally, Sandy holds teacher licensures in Education from the University of Rio Grande and The Ohio State University, as well as an Associate degree in Computer Science from Ohio University.
