Sheri Hammond is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in program management and human resources. Currently serving as the Program Manager for the Center for Special Children at Vernon Memorial Healthcare since March 2018, Sheri oversees the strategic operations of a specialized clinic focused on diagnosing and treating children with genetic and metabolic diseases. Prior to this role, Sheri worked as a Human Resources Generalist at People's Food Co-op, where responsibilities included recruitment, training, and compliance with regulations. As General Manager at Center Point Counseling Services Cooperative, Sheri played a pivotal role in establishing a cooperative of mental health professionals, managing policies, budgeting, and public relations. Additionally, as Associate Director at the Family & Children's Center, Sheri coordinated leadership and administrative functions across multiple certified programs. Sheri holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care from Viterbo University and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Servant Leadership at the same institution.
