Germán Villacreces is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Managing Director and Employee Experience Leader at Verndale since August 2015, where leadership extends over a team of over 100 professionals in Latin America. Prior to this role, Germán worked as a Tech Lead and Development Manager at Dustland from June 2012 to July 2015, where responsibilities included building a high-performing team for Fortune 500 clients and contributing to the company's successful acquisition. Germán's earlier experience includes serving as a Full-stack Developer and Tech Lead at Oshyn, Inc. from July 2007 to June 2011, and as a Consultant at Bantec, Inc. from July 2006 to June 2007, focusing on UI development for banking applications. Germán holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, obtained in 2009.
