Craig holds a MA in Media & Information from Michigan State University and has 7 spent the last years running Tucknologies Holdings, Inc. He has spent 3 years in the PhD program at Michigan State University, researching communication.

Craig created V.E.R.N. as a way for computerized systems to understand the emotions of their human users. Utilizing latent contextual clues in text, he and the team researched, developed, engineered and patented a new model of communication. One, that can help to quantify standard emotions in all sorts of use cases.
