Cydney Spohn is a seasoned wellness professional and educator with extensive experience in facilitating workshops and courses. Currently serving as a Wellness Associate at Invest EAP since April 2020, Cydney designs and leads both in-person and virtual wellness sessions, while actively promoting worksite wellness initiatives. Simultaneously, Cydney holds the position of Instructor at Vermont Panurgy, delivering professional development courses across various topics for adult learners and regional employees. Previous roles include a long tenure as a Professor at The University of Akron (1998-2019) and performing artist positions with the Pennsylvania Ballet and North Carolina Dance Theatre. Cydney's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Akron, along with a high school diploma in Dance from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
