Joseph Grabon has extensive experience in technical writing and support, currently serving as a Technical Writer and Technical Support Specialist at Vermont Oxford Network since June 2014. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at Dealer.com as a Level A Support Analyst from April 2011 to June 2014 and served as a Customer Support Tech at RealPage, Inc from June 2007 to April 2011. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Jazz/Commercial Music from Johnson State College, earned between 1990 and 1998.
