Patrick Waite is an experienced professional with a diverse background in software support, technical roles, and customer service. Currently serving as a Software Support Specialist at VIP (Vermont Information Processing) since March 2020, Patrick has previously worked as a Solar Technician at Sunrun and held various management and technical positions in the solar industry, including roles as Solar Sales Manager at Vivint Solar and Technical Lead at Fresco Solar. Additionally, Patrick has a strong foundation in customer service and operational management from experiences at Burton Snowboards and Small Dog Electronics, along with extensive hospitality experience at RiRa Irish Pub.
