Rollins Lisa has extensive experience in the banking and economic development sectors, currently serving as a Senior Commercial Loan Officer at the Vermont Economic Development Authority since July 2023. Prior to this role, Rollins held the position of Business Banking Relationship Manager at M&T Bank from January 2011 to July 2023, and served as a Business Banker Commercial Loan Officer at People's United Bank from March 1992 to July 2023. Rollins obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Colby-Sawyer College, completing the program between 1984 and 1988.
