Zachary Beck Goss possesses extensive experience in customer communications, healthcare training, and mental health services. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Communications for the State of Vermont, Zachary has previously held roles including Healthcare Training and Communication Manager and Quality Oversight Analyst within the same organization. Additional experience includes teaching as an Adjunct Instructor at Champlain College and serving as a Board Member and Marketing Chair for the Shanghai International Mental Health Association. Past roles also encompass providing counseling and consultancy at the Community Center Shanghai and coordinating a Community Lecture Series at the Brookline Community Mental Health Center. Zachary's clinical background includes positions as a Psychotherapist and as an Emergency Psychiatry Clinician at Boston Children's Hospital. Academic credentials include a Masterā€™s Degree in Public Health and a Masterā€™s Degree in Social Work from Boston University, as well as a BA in Psychology/French and Francophone Studies from Dickinson College.
