Justin Kruckenberg has extensive experience in technical training and management, currently serving as the Technical Training Manager at Vermeer Corporation since January 2016. In this role, Justin oversees multiple training curriculums, focusing on Operations Week One, Assembly, Welding, Paint, Safety, and Machining. Previously, Justin held various positions at Vermeer Corporation, including Technical Training Lead, Technical Training Specialist, Area Manager, and Associate Area Manager, demonstrating a strong background in onboarding and production management. Justin's early career included internships at Vermeer Corporation and Menards, as well as owning and operating Kruckenberg Lawn Care, which grew significantly under Justin's management. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management and Marketing from Iowa State University.
