Katharina Dieterle is an experienced professional in transportation planning, currently serving as Abteilungsleiterin Planung at Verkehrsbetriebe Karlsruhe GmbH since January 2023. Previously, Katharina held the position of Leitung Grundsatzplanung at Albtal-Verkehrs-Gesellschaft mbH since January 2020, and has been a Verkehrsplanerin at AVG Albtal-Verkehrs-Gesellschaft mbH since January 2014, focusing on the planning of new tram routes, depots, and stops according to BOStrab and EBO guidelines. Earlier experience includes working as a Planungsingenieur at gevas humberg & partner, where traffic concepts and safety planning for large industrial areas were developed. Katharina holds a Master of Engineering from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Science from Hochschule Trier.
