Senthil Muthusamy has extensive experience in the digital and retail sectors, currently serving as the Vice President of Digital, Retail, and Contact Center at Verizon. Prior roles at Verizon include Executive Director of Consumer Digital and Retail (Sales) and Executive Director of Digital Transformation. Senthil began the career as a Software Engineer and progressed to a Senior System Engineer within the same organization. Senthil holds an Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics from Annamalai University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
