Dory Butler is a seasoned executive in customer experience and product management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Verizon since January 2024. Previously, Dory held multiple leadership roles at Walmart from November 2021 to January 2024, including Vice President of Omni Customer Experience Product, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Walmart US Mobile App and eCommerce initiatives, and Vice President of Product for Walmart+ Membership & Social Commerce, driving growth and engagement in membership programs. Dory's extensive experience at American Express spanned nearly two decades, with notable positions such as Vice President of Digital Product Management, where leadership extended over global Card Member experiences, and various roles focused on product development and growth in consumer lending. Dory holds an MBA in Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Innovation from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
