Ashley Walvoord is an experienced talent management professional with a robust background at Verizon since August 2012. Currently serving as Associate VP of Talent Management, Ashley leads global performance management strategy, leadership development, and talent technology initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Director of Performance Management & Careers, Director of Digital HR, and Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Programs, overseeing various aspects of recruitment technology, military and diversity strategy, and change management. Prior to Verizon, Ashley worked as Senior Manager of Assessment & Selection at Verizon Wireless and as a Project Manager for Military Organizational Research at MDC Associates. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University and both a Master's and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida.
