Kyle Cole has extensive experience in client success and operations management, currently serving in a Client Success role at VerityStream since June 2018. Previously, from June 2011 to September 2017, Kyle worked as Associate Director of Client Operations at SMS Assist, L.L.C., where responsibilities included managing the exterior facility management services for over 300 properties and leading client education and communication. Additional experience includes roles as a marketing intern at Mr Youth, a brand ambassador at Marketing Werks and University Directories, and a research assistant at the University of Michigan, where Kyle studied the effects of depression on rumination. Earlier experience involved serving as a computer administrator at Barber & Associates CPA, managing client broker account transitions and maintaining a local network. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Michigan, obtained in 2011.
