Erin Klett is an experienced professional in the field of international research and affairs with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of Research Innovations at �ձ������é since December 2020, Erin has been with the organization since 2002, initially as Program Director. Prior to �ձ������é, Erin worked as a Research Associate for the International Labor Organization and briefly served as an International Elections Supervisor for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. Erin's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Area Studies and English Literature from Oberlin College.
