Emma Interlandi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Prime HR Manager at Veritas Prime since May 2021, overseeing the entire recruiting process for various roles and departments. Prior to this position, Emma held several roles at Democracy for America from July 2011 to December 2020, including Operations Manager, where a focus on equitable hiring practices was central. Emma's early career includes assisting the General Manager at Hickok & Boardman Insurance Group and roles in retail sales at Lake Champlain Chocolates. Emma holds a Master's degree in German Studies from UCL and a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Political Science and German from the University of Mary Washington.
