Brett amassed an extraordinary set of credentials before joining Veritable in 1996. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, became an auditor at Deloitte and Touche and then returned to the University of Pennsylvania Law School to earn a JD. After law school he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers and Lybrand), successfully completed his CPA in a single sitting and became a senior tax accountant and advisor to corporate executives. It was while Brett was at PricewaterhouseCoopers that we recruited him to become a portfolio manager at Veritable. He is a CFA® charterholder and a deeply experienced investment and financial advisor to a set of very successful and entrepreneurial families. Brett is also a longstanding member of Veritable’s Investment Committee. He formerly served on the Board of the Lower Merion Conservancy and is an active member of the Board of the Curtis Institute of Music where he is on the Executive Committee, the Finance and Pension Committee and chairs the Investment Committee. He also serves on the Board of the Klein JCC and the investment Committee of the Barnes Foundation.
