Bryan Maher Butvick is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and corporate growth within the claims administration and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Verita since May 2023, Bryan previously held the role of Executive Vice President, Strategy at Computershare from July 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, Bryan was an Executive Advisor at Aquiline Capital Partners and the CEO of Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC, where leadership in strategic planning and growth initiatives was instrumental. Bryan's career also includes significant contributions to Computershare’s M&A Strategy Group and a position as Senior Vice President at Georgeson. Bryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of Delaware.
