Amy Andersen has extensive experience in customer success and operations, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Verisys since December 2013, where roles have also included SVP of Customer Success & Account Management and Vice President of Operations. Prior to Verisys, Amy worked as a Transcription Editor at 3Play Media from April 2012 to June 2016, and was involved in member services at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon from February 2009 to January 2011. Additionally, Amy held positions as a Supervisor and Team Trainer at Sorenson Communications from June 2005 to February 2009. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Utah, with further studies at Brigham Young University.
