Maxim Diatchenko has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a Junior Researcher at the Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics SB RAS from 1993 to 1996. Maxim then worked as an Oracle Database Developer and a Principal Engineer at the Omsk Construction Bank, where they contributed to the development of a corporate Data Warehouse and a Risk Management Information System. Diatchenko also worked as an Oracle Database Administrator at CardBASE Technologies before moving on to become a Senior Software Developer at The Hartford, where they worked on the development of an online Insurance Risk Management tool. Maxim then joined Sprint as a Senior Oracle Application Database Administrator, contributing to the development of Boost Data Warehouse. Diatchenko's most recent position was at Verisign, where they held various roles, including Senior Engineer in Software Development and Principal Engineer in Strategy and Analytics. Their responsibilities at Verisign included developing predictive models for financial and marketing departments.

Maxim Diatchenko holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Novosibirsk State University (NSU), obtained from 1990 to 1995. Maxim is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science from Harvard Extension School, which they expect to complete between 2019 and 2023. Maxim also has certifications in Data Science from Harvard Extension School, as well as various Oracle database administration certifications. In 2013, they obtained a patent from US Patents.
