Tommy Kelly began their work experience in 1986 at Motorola (Freescale), where they held various roles until 1999. In 1999, they became a Senior Lecturer at the University of Glasgow until 2000. Since 2000, they have been the CEO of Verilab.
Tommy Kelly pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1981 to 1985, they attended the University of Glasgow, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Natural Philosophy. Later, they decided to further their studies and enrolled in The University of Edinburgh, where they successfully completed their PhD in Computer Science by 1995.
